I had such a lovely stay, especially enjoying the beautiful Christmas decorations around the hotel and the excellent service we experienced throughout our visit that made our stay memorable. Plus, the outdoor areas invite you to wander in peace, and you're just a short walk from attractions like Mary Arden's Farm and the Gower Memorial, making it perfect for anyone who loves to explore through scenic walks.

The check-in process was a hassle!!! A long wait with only one person at the front desk was frustrating. The lack of clear signage for room service timings was confusing. Sloppy presentation of dining options left much to be desired!!!

The room was lovely, but the heater was non-existent and uncomfortable.

Billesley Manor features stunning gardens and beautiful buildings. The decor is elegant and matches the historic vibe. Our room had a four-poster bed, which felt luxurious. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed with a birthday card for my partner. Dining options were tasty, but the menu felt a bit limited for non-meat eaters. Breakfast had a good variety, though some items ran out too early. Service at dinner was slow, and some dishes were not up to par, lacking warmth and freshness. The heating in our room took time to warm up, but the comfort of the bed made up for it.

The beautiful old building showcased stunning original features, with elegant decor and friendly staff making the experience delightful. The tranquil gardens provided a peaceful spot for leisurely strolls, and accessibility was thoughtfully considered throughout my stay.

Absolutely loved the pool and the stunning grounds, perfect for a post-dinner stroll! The staff, especially the assistant restaurant manager Louise, were on the ball and really saved the day during a little hiccup with the billing. The overall vibe was just what we needed for a family weekend getaway.

I had a delightful stay where the evening meals were absolutely delicious, particularly the quality of the cuisine, and the grounds provided a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. I loved the spa facilities which offered a nice chance to relax. a fantastic experience that left me wanting to return soon.

Our stay was delightful! The Manor House Suite was tastefully decorated and offered a cozy ambiance. The highlight was the attentive staff, especially Louisa, who turned a potential billing mishap into a pleasant experience. Don’t miss the breakfast. the hash browns were delicious!

the hotel was beautifull and we had a big room with a great view. the decor was really nice n elegant. breakfast was tasty, especially the english breakfast. the staff were super friendly and helpful the whole stay. location was spot on for visiting stratford n warwick castle.

Historic vibes with a twist

We stayed for 2 nights in a lovely barn twin, super clean and in a great spot near all the history. The food in the restaurant was top-notch! Just a heads up though, the walls were kinda thin, so we heard a bit too much from next door, which was a bit annoying.

Had a fab time in a massive suite with a comfy four-poster bed. The gardens are super pretty and perfect for lounging. Breakfast was delish with lots of choices! Only bummer was the service could be a bit slow, especially at breakfast. a lovely relaxing stay with great food options.

had a great stay at billesley manor hotel. friendly staff at reception and restaurant who went the extra mile to help us. facilities were super, location was peaceful with easy access to stratford. the room was nice, good tv channels n everything we needed. liked the beautiful bathrooms too.
